Hello! My name is
MIGUEL, better known as OLO, I am from PERU and I live in the city of IQUITOS.
We will talk
about my eating habit, in the morning I usually have a good breakfast since it
is the first food that is eaten and it should be the most important because it
keeps you active, I avoid fats so I prefer some boiled eggs with game, or whole
wheat bread with avocado and little with a little tea. I am not used to
drinking milk because my body does not like it and you must not often.
For lunch if I am
the opposite because I eat everything without exception because of the effort
to have a food to eat, my mother's specialty is making lomo saltado, or beef in
different ways but the most common is lomo saltado Which I am a fan of the
tenderloin, my mother for her part has a great season and varies the lunches
that leads to that sometimes she usually cooks even soup on hot days ... but
the most common is to have chicken with soy sauce, aji de gallina, soup of all
style and you never need a stew on the table to have a healthy life.
For dinner if we
are not eating a lot because my parents come a little late from work, but for
my part I usually have tea with bread accompanied by anything like butter or
ham. I hardly drink milk but I do drink sodas at temperate dinner.
On weekends,
almost everyone goes out to eat since we usually get that taste of eating like
a cevichito with pork rinds, pizza or grilled chicken.
